On April 16 & 17 the Atzenhoffer Edna PRCA comes to the Brackenridge Coliseum. This event benefits the Jackson County Youth Rodeo Association. It is produced by Frontier Rodeo Company and eight time World Champion Bull Rider Don Gay. Gates open at 6:00pm each evening and the performance begins at 7:30pm.
2006-2009 PRCA "Clown of the Year" Keith Isley will be on hand to entertain the crowd and the event will be announced by 13 time National Finals Rodeo Announcer Boyd Palhamus!
Each night the Rodeo will feature 7 Rodeo Events plus: Calf Scramble for children 10 & under, Mutton Bustin' for kids 5 and under (weight limit under 55lbs.) and Stick Horse Races for children 5 and under!
There is NO COST to enter any of the Children's events. Registration for the Mutton Bustin' will be held in the Commons Area from 6:30pm until 7:15pm. Names will be randomly selected prior to each night's event. The Calf Scramble is Open to ALL children 10 and under, there will be no registration for this event.
